Bruster's Ice Cream Coupon Fundraiser Info

Each studednt will be given four coupon books to sell at $10 each. Our profit is $5 for every book sold. To help offset some of your band expenses, all profit from this fundraiser will be credited to your BASA. If you would like more coupons to sell, let Mr. Deal or Mrs. Vaughn now and they will see that you get them as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We have to pay for every coupon book up front, so, if you do not return the coupon books or $40 with your name attached, your account will be charged!

Fruit Fundraiser

It’s Time for the Annual CGHS Band & Guard Fundraiser!

This is a very important fundraiser! We’re encouraging 100% participation from all band & guard families. This is not only an opportunity to earn money for our band and guard, but also to earn money for your students “Band Activity Spending Account” (BASA). Students earn a percentage of the profits based on their sales:

SALES TOTAL % TO BASA ACCOUNT
Up to $100 15%
$101 to $199 20%
$200 and up 25%

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES:

1. SALE DATES: MONDAY, OCTOBER 1st – WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31ST 2007.

2. TURN-IN DATE: No later than WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31ST to the BLACK BOX in the band room. ALL ORDERS MUST BE TURNED IN (W/ ORDER FORMS & MONEY) IN THE LABELED ENVELOPE PROVIDED.

3. PAYMENTS/CHECKS: Payment due at the time orders are placed. **All orders must have CORRECT MONIES!! **No change given. Make checks payable to: “CGHS BAND BOOSTERS.”

4. FRUIT PICK-UP: Fruit will be delivered on Friday, NOVEMBER 30TH and should be (see below) available for pick up on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30TH and SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1. All orders must be picked up by Saturday, December 1!! If you can’t, you MUST arrange for someone else to pick it up. Mark your calendar NOW! Details of location & times to come.

**PLEASE NOTE THESE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON OUR PLAYOFF SCHEDULE. IF THE BAND WILL BE OUT OF TOWN WE MAY HAVE TO PUSH IT BACK A WEEK OR CHANGE IT TO A SATURDAY/SUNDAY PICK UP SCHEDULE.

5. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: To unload truck, sort fruit, and help during pick up on Friday & Saturday, December 1st and 2nd. Student volunteers welcome. **Email: lynieceglover@comcast.net NOW with the date & time you can help.

We would like to have a Friday evening pickup (DEC 1) – BUT THAT DEPENDS ON YOU! All the fruit must be sorted and organized before any orders can leave. The fruit will be delivered sometime Friday, and we will need at least 15 volunteers to sort and organize orders in the afternoon. Extra fruit MAY be available, but original orders MUST be filled first. IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY TO VOLUNTEER, SO MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND EMAIL NOW TO SIGN UP!

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP IN FULL BY THE STUDENT OR PARENT!! PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO PICK UP PART OF YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT RELEASE ORDERS TO THOSE YOU SOLD TO EVEN IF THEY ARE TEACHERS AT THE SCHOOL…THIS CAUSES TOO MUCH CONFUSION AND THEREFORE SHORTAGES. PLEASE LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE DELIVERING THEIR PRODUCTS TO THEM AND THAT THEY CAN NOT PICK IT UP FOR YOU TO SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE OF DELIVERING.
